開(kāi)發(fā)信的8條建議,看了避免后悔!

  

做外貿(mào)最煩的就是開(kāi)發(fā)信過(guò)去,客戶卻不回復(fù),如何做才能增加開(kāi)發(fā)信的回復(fù)率呢?
建議注意以下幾點(diǎn): 
1
、開(kāi)發(fā)信標(biāo)題要包括客戶求購(gòu)的產(chǎn)品名稱(chēng),不要太多多余的單詞,這樣可以保證客戶有興趣打開(kāi)你郵件。

、開(kāi)頭語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)潔明快,要知道對(duì)商人來(lái)說(shuō)過(guò)多的寒喧沒(méi)必要。

、開(kāi)頭語(yǔ)不要過(guò)多的介紹自己的公司,因?yàn)檫@會(huì)給人一種推銷(xiāo)的感覺(jué),而且有幾個(gè)客戶會(huì)有耐心來(lái)看這些的? 
4、簡(jiǎn)潔明快的開(kāi)頭后,立即進(jìn)入正文給你的產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià),因?yàn)榭蛻糇铌P(guān)心的無(wú)非是產(chǎn)品規(guī)格與價(jià)格,大家的時(shí)間都很寶貴,都不想浪費(fèi)時(shí)間,特別是歐美商人更是如此。

、所報(bào)價(jià)格要為實(shí)價(jià),價(jià)低,客戶知道你不專(zhuān)業(yè),不會(huì)理你;價(jià)高,會(huì)嚇跑客戶,也不會(huì)理你。所以應(yīng)了解當(dāng)前的行情后給客戶一個(gè)合理的報(bào)價(jià)。

、第一次聯(lián)系客戶時(shí),最好不要主動(dòng)附上圖片,以免被國(guó)外反垃圾郵件攔截。

、與客戶第一次聯(lián)系最好用國(guó)外郵箱,比如yahoo、hotmailgmail等。因?yàn)槠鋵?shí)很多中國(guó)的郵件服務(wù)器被國(guó)外打入黑名單,你發(fā)的郵件可能最終進(jìn)不了客戶的郵箱,或客戶回你的郵件你也收不到。

、如果你不能報(bào)出一個(gè)有竟?fàn)幜Φ膬r(jià)格,就別聯(lián)系客戶了,不要浪費(fèi)你和外商寶貴的工作時(shí)間。外貿(mào)公司首先要在產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格上有一定優(yōu)勢(shì)。 
寫(xiě)開(kāi)發(fā)信的目的無(wú)非是為了爭(zhēng)取能最終成交,而要實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)目的,你的產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格和價(jià)格至少要符合外商的要求,直接談這兩個(gè)問(wèn)題,可以縮短成交花費(fèi)的時(shí)間,何樂(lè)而不為呢?
